    I need your help! M 17 but still i have skinny arms and i hate them! I m kinda very slim! I eat alot & but still no physical change from 3 years! Bro pls Help me to become healthy 🙂

    Really bad technique on that bench, never arch your back, engage the core, if you need to push from the hip its too heavy.
